Situated on a calm, warm lake with good fishing and water so clean you can drink it. Motorboats (not included) are permitted on the lake. The lake is quiet during the week and a little busier on weekends with few motorized boats. Great swimming for children as well as a raft for deeper swimming and diving. There is approx 150 feet of waterfront for you and your family to enjoy. Equipped with a bonfire pit with lots of chairs as well as a few water toys.

The Living area is spacious & open concept with a large Living Rm/Dining Rm combination highlighted by a wood burning fireplace, high ceilings & patio doors out to an expansive balcony. There are loads of windows making it a bright space. The eat-in kitchen is spacious w good cupboard and counter space. The four-piece bathroom has a shower/bath.
The best part of the cottage is the massive screened-in, cathedral ceilinged porch overlooking the lake, which is where you’ll spend most of your time! Estimated at approximately 20 feet by 20 feet, it extends your outside time significantly into the evening.
The cottage is equipped with basic cleaning supplies, toilet paper & a fully equipped kitchen.
Despite being on a popular lake, this cottage is surrounded by forest that affords it some privacy.
The cottage is far enough from the city that you’re away, but close enough that you can zip in to town if needed. Some people on the lake commute to the City because its so close.
The large balcony & screened in porch are wonderful attributes of this property.
There is good fishing on the lake – bass, pike and a small walleye population. The lake front features a small sitting deck at the water’s edge, a nice shallow beach area for little ones to play, a dock & swimming raft in deeper water.
There is also a creek at the southern end of the lake that leads eventually to Lac Lapeche. Ideal for canoeing or kayaking day trips, or even overnighters.
